Greetings Deadsters!

Deady and I were having a conversation... okay, it was an argument... okay it was sort of a fight. Oh, for cryin' out loud, alright, it was an epic duel pitting tentacles against fists in a glorious battle to the finish (well, almost finish). And why, you ask? Because we had a difference of opinion about what DEADY's plans should be for 2010. Should we make a new graphic novel? More toys? A weekly comic strip? Those were my ideas by the way, DEADY's were completely useless... er... crap, I just looked across the room and he's staring at me. I think he can see what I'm typing. Yikes. Anyway, we thought it would be best if we had some input from you guys. After all, you are the ones who would end up with all of this stuff (we hope!) so it should be things you WANT, no?

Please be as specific as you care to be. If you want to see us make a new comic book, maybe you can tell us what it should be about. Or if you want to see new toys maybe you can let us know what kind. We look forward to your ideas and thank you in advance for helping us plan DEADY's schedule for 2010! So please comment with your thoughts! And don't be shy, ANYTHING has got to be better than "I want to be the master of all time, space and dimension and be waited on hand, foot and tentacle by a small army of Singapore Airlines flight attendants." Yeah, that's a quote! Now you see what I have to deal with every... .CRIPES, here comes DEADY! I'm out!

Have you seen the manga guide to tokyo? Something like a deady comic guide to the best goth things in the world (Shops, clubs etc)

Lokisylardax says he wants some younger child safe toys as its tuff being a baby goth these days and he isn't giving into sesame street.

I kinda speed read through every comment here and I guess the main ones are Hoodie/clothing and comics.

I vote hoodie with ears, definitely.

I also like the weekly comic idea, because I think it would keep the fans coming back to you, and possibly return those who might be losing interest. It wouldn't have to be a full blown plot filled comic, that's just unrealistic for a presumably sleepless multi-tasking workaholic such as yourself. Something easy, no colour, short but sweet. Like a joke or mischief of the week. By the time you've gathered enough to fill a book with, colour and sell :D

Well, it seems as though everyone else has already posted the same ideas I had. But I'm going to mention a few of them just to make sure these ideas have a better chance by popular vote. The comic strips and books as well as the animated shorts. Lots of merchandise. I'm talking about the hoodies with ears, gloves that look like paws and fingerless gloves, tentacle scarves, underwear, sleepwear, t-shirts (in plus sizes as well up to maybe a 4x), bra and panties sets (in larger sizes not just tiny b and c cups, we need D, DD, DDD, you know what I mean), matching shirt and pants sets, socks, jackets, top hats (nobody ever thinks of top hats but I like them) or fedoras and beenies, jewelry, body piercing jewelry (I would love to have deady hanging from my belly button or lip or something), coffee mugs to go with the coffee, maybe some water bowls to go in reptile cages (I'm sure my snakes would love that), wine goblets, plushies, car accesories (seat and stearing wheel covers too, if you can swing it), and last, but not least, BLANKETS, soft throw blankets, quilt, sheet and pillow case sets, maybe even some pillows, but most definately, at the very least, throw blankets. I have been wanting one for a long time and waiting for the day that you finally make them (my mom wants one too). I know this sounds like alot of work but I'm not saying you have to make everything I mentioned...wait...yes I am. If you don't make at least the hoodies and throw blankets I will summon my flying monkeys to unleash their poo flinging upon you. And that's being nice, don't make me whip out the samurai penguins, you don't want to know what they'll do to you. Oh, yes, and...DEADY FOR PRESIDENT!!!

If this is a repost I apologize. Blame the dog...
I'd like to see a hoodie. And some more shirts, some girls shirts, but to fit real women, not just little girls. (Real Goth women have real curves too!) Also a Deady dog toy. I keep having to rescue my Deady from the puppy. He is going to really lose an eye at this rate! (Okay, I have to ask, Condoms? Do you have to see your junk with Deady on it? REALLY? Eeeeww!) I think its about time deady went a'travellin'...down south... i mean WAY down south... i know y'all think n'orleans is south but i mean way...WAY south to... ... AUSTRALIA!! Scream, yell die a fiendish half death.... aaaarrrgh.. (ok yes i am sweltering in a HOT new years eve with champers... however...) yes it is high time ol' deady boy and his minder, ..hi Voltaire (swoon and heavy sigh..) and swoon again .. should come meet some slightly evil-ish cousins- KIller-koala's. we are not all sunshine and beaches, some of us are dwelling in the depths of darkness ..yet long for visitors. Voltaire could even perform a show or two, just to keep the crypt in cake and velvet, do comexxx go on, ill say gidday fer'ya....

Oh Oh Oh!!!
Deady Keys (blank keys you can take to Lowes, Home Depot and such) where they can copy your original home/condo/door/coffin key to it. I have a guitar one and a few Cookie Monster keys for friends who visit out of town and camouflage ones for our key chains that happen to have a Deady king ring.
Beanies also rock!!! I like the post about the mouth biting down. That's wicked...

well I do not know if this is out there (probably not for free anyway)but I like Deady and his comics look cool, but I have no place to get them and really no money to buy them and if there were comics posted on the cite I would be....well dare I say ''happy'', no I better not, but I *would* be very grateful. Maybe a animated short (if there is not one, I am new to all of the Deady things, and really even music, I guess until I heard Voltaire's music I just did not like any music)?

I think Deady should go on a pilgrimage through the Unholy Land. In the bad old days, pilgrims collected badges of all the sanctuaries they claim to have been to...metal,clay,wood or cloth I bet deady can come across some truly unique and frightful reliquaries to have pilgrim badges attached to.

Yay! Other people with the same ideas as me, but I don't care, I'm posting mine all in detail anyway.

1. I agree full-force with the weekly comic idea...I adore that, and think you could take it on by storm! Don't strain yourself though! XD.

2. Deady Hoodie...YES PLEASE, only it should have the ears...I like the ears....and I think you should also market gloves that look like his hands (paws), and a tentacle scarf...because the tentacles are full of win. Also, there should be Deady knee socks...because I need some new, awesome socks to wear, and those would be epic.

3. I had another idea, but in my thinking about a Deady hoodie, socks, gloves, and tentacle scarf, I seem to have forgotten it. I would seriously love to see a tentacle scarf, though. that would be EPIC.

Weekly comic strip sounds pretty awesome! Might be harder to earn money on though, than a new comic book unless it's in a newspaper or similar.

I love all the clothes, jewelry, backpack etc ideas...would love to have matching ladies/little girls clothes..for me and my rowdy 4yo dd...also love the steampunk deady thoughts...would make rad accessories too..hee hee...and maybe Deady could "persuade" you to cut a cd of gothy songs (like Goodnight, Demonslayer) appropriate for the young Buffy's like my dd...she wears Little Monsters tops (in pink) cus she says she is a princess who is *not* afraid of bad guys...lol!

I like the weekly comic strips, Webcomics have become one of my favorite forms of media. And there's so much to do with them. After you finish a couple chapters, you can sell it to people who want to carry it around with them and not have the rely on a internet connection to read. I also grow a particular attachment to webcomics that have donation wallpapers for your computer for as low as $1 or whatever the hell you feel like. Though you don't need it. :) And it gives the read something to look forward to every xxxxxxx of the week. They're hooked, they can't stop reading, they go on their computer like clockwork to find out what happens next only to be desperate for more. I

I don't know why you can't give a little and compromose, Mr Voltaire. Deady's idea doesn't sound ENTIRELY awful. *shakes head* Men.

Anyway, As this time of year rolls around, I long for a Deady hoody to keep me warm and spooky. A Deady pendant necklace would be nice too. Deady socks would rock. And I am fond of fingerless gloves/gauntlets. Deady on those would be awesome.

I really really want another comic book (I'm not too keen on a weekly comic strip...I would probably just wait for a collected volume anyway; I don't read weekly installments of anything)! I think time-travel could be interesting. Deady could insert himself into famous works of literature (English majorness showing) and historical events.

How about deady apparel? Like black zip up sweatshirts the whole body of the sweater can have deady's body and the hood can have his head on it [ but no ears on the hood] , or a black beanie with deady's face, and his teeth are on the bottom of the beanie, so he looks like his teeth are sticking out?

I say start with a new comic, then spin some toys out of it. Comic idea..... Hop on that Steakpunk boat( I mean airship), do little time travelling, Deady can annoy some unsuspecting uptight Victorians, ravage the Queen, mock old Jack the Ripper, and really bugger up all of Sherlocks cases.
Some T-shirts with you know who on them might be groovey! And my boyfriend suggest an animated feature might be nice! He says 'Hop on the claymation boat'.
But honestly anything you do will make me giggy as a manga schoolgirl!
